Phat!® Beauty, LLC, implements good quality business experience. We care about customers’ satisfaction, and our brand image. To avoid any inconveniences to both parties, we suggest that the customer must finalize every item that is being moved to checkout. If the customer is is not sure about the item/s, do not purchase. Once order/s have been placed, strictly there is no cancellation nor refunds. We are not liable for any errors made by the customers.
Due to the nature of our products, returns ARE NOT ACCEPTED, nor exchanged.
In rare cases that any errors were made with your order/s, (ex. Wrong items and/or insufficient quantity) kindly reach us out within 7 days and we will assist you.
